Air fryer ravioli is wonderfully crispy on the outside and filled with cheese or beef on the inside. This recipe only takes 20 minutes from frozen ravioli to the table, which makes it a super easy appetizer or after-school snack!
These are cooked from frozen. Beat the eggs in a small bowl to make an egg wash. Combine the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in another small bowl.
Spray the air fryer basket with oil or line it with parchment paper. Place the ravioli inside in a single layer. Spray lightly with olive oil
Cook at 340 degrees for a total of 8 minutes. Flip the ravioli halfway through the cooking time. Spray the other side of the ravioli lightly with olive oil.
These are best served immediately but can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave.

Notes
If you just have plain breadcrumbs then you can add parsley and Italian Herb seasonings to them. Depending on the size of your ravioli and your individual air fryer you may need to adjust the time. Cook until done or browned to your liking. If you just have fresh or refrigerated ravioli you can use that as well just reduce the cooking by a couple of minutes. These can be made ahead and stored in a container between layers of parchment paper in the freezer. This makes it easy to have an appetizer or snack anytime you want!
