Instant Pot Brownie Bites are delicious and fudgy brownies that are easy to make in pressure cooker for a perfectly sized dessert. Moist and fudgy brownies that are easily made from a box mix these are a great dessert to make in the Instant Pot. Perfectly sized to decorate for a party or give as a fancy boxed homemade gift.
⅓cupoilI used olive oil, or use what the box recipe calls for
2eggsor the number of eggs on your box recipe
3tablespoonswater
Chocolate melting wafers, sprinklesoptional
Instructions
Mix together in a large bowl the brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs. Or as directed on your mix.
Brush the inside of the silicone molds with oil, or spray with cooking spray. Fill each mold leaving at least ¼-inch room at the top. Cover with foil.
Add the minimum amount of water into your Instant Pot.
Stack the molds on the wire rack and lower into the pot.
Cook on high pressure for 30-minutes followed by a 10-minute natural pressure release.
Cool on wire rack then serve or decorate.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to one week. These are great on their own or served with ice cream.

Be sure not to put to much oil in the silicone molds. Wipe out excess with a paper towel if there is to much. For brownies with chocolate overload add ½ cup chocolate chips and ¼ cup chocolate syrup to the batter. You can also add nuts to the batter if you wish.For more cake-like brownies add an extra egg to the batter. You can also make small appetizer sized brownies by only filling the molds by ½ of what I've recommended.Pour the minimum amount of water for your model Instant Pot into the pot.
