Instructions
Toast the bread, and lightly butter. Rinse the dried beef to reduce the sodium content of the dish.
Heat a large skillet, and melt the butter. Whisk in the flour, and cook a few minutes to remove the doughy taste.
Whisk in the milk. Add the Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Heat and whisk until thickened.
Slice the dried beef, and stir in to the gravy. Serve immediately on toast points. Can store in an airtight container for up to one week. To re-heat add a small amount of milk to the creamed beef, and heat in microwave for a couple of minutes.
