Add water to liner of the Instant Pot. Cook on high pressure (normal) for 5 minutes followed by a 5 minute natural pressure release. Remove eggs immediately to ice bath to cool for 5 minutes prior to peeling.
See post above for different methods to put eggs in pressure cooker. Note time are for a 6-quart Instant Pot Duo. Other models may need adjusting for time or water.
To minimize cracking during the cooking process be sure to let your eggs come to room temperature. You can do this by naturally by letting them sit on the counter prior to cooking for 30 minutes to one hour.
Age matters - older eggs peel easier than fresher eggs.
8-Quart Instant Pot - I tested this recipe in a 6-quart, but if you are using an 8-quart then you can skip the 5-minute natural pressure release to just do a quick release. Because of it's size it takes longer to come to pressure so it cooks longer making the NPR unnecessary.
