Instant Pot Ribs that are fall off the bone tender and full of flavor with a homemade BBQ rub. A quick weeknight dinner that can be prepped ahead of time!
Combine all ingredients for rub in a small bowl. Remove silverskin from the ribs. Slip a knife under the silverskin and then using a paper towel gently tear away.
Coat the ribs generously with the rub. This step can be done ahead, and if time allows marinate for 30 minutes. They can be cooked immediately though.
Cook on high pressure (normal) for 27 minutes then follow with a 10 minute natural pressure release. If the ribs are small then cook for 23 minutes followed with a 5 minute natural pressure release.
Preheat the oven to broil. Place cooked ribs on a baking sheet, and coat with BBQ sauce. Broil for up to ten minutes.
Serve immediately, or keep in an airtight container for up to one week.

Note: Store bought rub can be used. A serving is one half rack of ribs.
