Instructions
Put eggs in steamer basket.
Add water and vinegar to Instant Pot. Add eggs in steamer basket.
Seal and cook on Steam or High Pressure for 2 minutes then follow with a 2-minute natural pressure release.
Put eggs in ice water for two minutes then peel.
Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container for up to one week.
