Instant Pot Applesauce

This Instant Pot Applesauce is so easy and tasty you'll be saying goodbye to store bought in a heartbeat! A good way to use up leftover apples to make them stretch at the end of the week. Sweet with a touch of cinnamon this is a great summer snack for everyone!

  • 5 apples peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • lemon juice several drops
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • dash of salt


  • Peel, core, and slice the apples then put in pressure cooker.
  • Add all remaining ingredients to the Instant Pot. Seal the lid, cook on high pressure for 5 minutes then follow with a quick release.
  • When finished mash apples if desired. Serve immediately or cool in fridge then serve. Can store in an airtight for up to one week.
